The Entovation® Certification Program brings together the best of the global research in the fields of knowledge and innovation together with a thorough learning program that allows for knowledge/experience sharing with qualified practitioners. Learners won't be listening to dry lectures on Knowledge Innovation. Rather, they will assume the role of a "Chief Innovation Officer" at an organization and learn new concepts and the innovative ways of applying them. The seminars will provide insights into the fundamentals of Knowledge Innovation so as to ensure that participants are gaining knowledge about Knowledge Innovation issues and can directly apply it to their own organizations for intelligent action and informed decision making.

APPROACH & METHODOLOGY
An intensive 10-week program that consists of an 8-week coached e-learning program based on the five Entovation Practicums. Weekly activities include tutorials with top-notch instructors to sum up and elaborate on material, literature reading to grasp fundamentals, Online text reading to access the newest thinking, asynchronous conferences, case study evaluations and project work and research. A follow-up 2-week sessions will be conducted after three months from course completion to evaluate learning and application of the program.
MODE OF DELIVERY
A flexible multi-delivery mode that is tailored to suit the needs, requirements and interests of the client. A face-to-face tutoring is conducted in RITSEC's meeting rooms, videoconferencing rooms and multimedia labs. A distance learning mode is offered using the already established e-learning techniques and facilities. Moreover, a hybrid mode can be provided where the learners receive both modes of delivery: face-to-face tutoring and distance learning.
